  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

My first this kind shoes. I love place in the shoe and zero drop. At first are stiff, but through use they soften.

Ich habe mir von Barebarics die Zings bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe Probleme mit den Füßen ( Hallux Valgus)und daher immer Platzprobleme und Schmerzen im Schuh. Auch nach einer OP ist es nicht besser geworden. Diese Schuhe bieten mir genügend Platz, sind bequem und sehen trotzdem gut aus. Die üblichen Barfußschuhe gefallen mir von der Optik in der Regel nicht so gut. Aber diese Schuhe sehen fast wie normale Sneaker aus. Von der Sohle muss ich sagen sind sie auf jeden Fall dicker , als die üblichen Barfußschuhe.
